- What is the Status Match offer?
StatusMatch.com in partnership with Club Avolta offers customers who have frequent flyer status in airline and select status with hotel loyalty programs to apply and receive 12 months of free GOLD membership with the Club Avolta program. The customer can submit their request at https://clubavolta.statusmatch.com
- Who is eligible for the Status Match offer?
All customers who hold eligible elite status with an airline or select hotel chains may be eligible.
You must hold elite airline or hotel status (not lounge status). Refer to the table listed further below for guidance on eligible hotel status. - Are there residency restrictions on who may apply for a Status Match?
Residents of all countries are eligible globally, so long as they meet the eligibility criteria with airline or hotel status and any other requirements as per the terms & conditions.
- Do I have to be a Club Avolta member to participate in the Status Match offer?
Yes, you can sign-up here or by downloading the app.

For Android users go here. - What Club Avolta status can I obtain through the Status Match offer?
Approved customers will receive 1 year of Platinum membership.

If your request is approved, you will receive the Platinum membership for 1 year after signup.
You must requalify for Platinum status on merit to retain the benefits of Platinum status beyond the initial 1 year Status Match offer. - Are there fees to apply for the Status Match?
There is no application fee.
- How long does the Status Match offer run for?
Club Avolta and StatusMatch.com reserve the right to end or amend the campaign anytime.
- What information do I need to participate in the Status Match offer?
To participate in the Status Match offer, you simply need to apply, upload details of your eligible airline or hotel status and use a valid email address where we can communicate with you.
Standard application process applies.
During the application process, we will also ask you for proof of your frequent flyer status (for example, a photo of your card), and you may be required to provide proof of residence or identity. You need to join the Club Avolta program here.

You will be informed within three (3) business days following your submission of the requested information and documentation, whether or not your status match has been approved. Once approved, the platinum status may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.

- What happens if my application is not approved?
If your request is not approved, you will be notified by email from StatusMatch.com within three (3) business days after we receive your request.
